2.3. Please note: We do not issue visas; we solely offer assistance in the application process.

3. User Eligibility

To utilise our services, you must:

  • Hold a valid passport
  • Be the legal owner of the passport or authorised legal guardian
  • Be at least 18 years of age or possess parental/guardian consent

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Submit valid and up-to-date documentation
  • Update us promptly of any relevant changes
  • Ensure completeness and veracity of all submissions

We reserve the right to decline service if:

  • Information provided is false or misleading

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
